If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of account creation, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount (excluding domain registration and any setup fees). Once paid, new domain name registrations are irreversible; We cannot give refunds for any domain registration fees.

Setup fees are refundable for the following reasons only: (1) the account order is canceled prior to activation; or (2) the domain name was not available at the InterNIC.

Contracts are based on the term paid (monthly, yearly, etc.) as specified at registration, or renewal. The full contract amount less any setup fees will be refunded if we are notified within the first 30 days following initial activation. No refund is available after the 30th day.
